Health Coaching: Techniques to Deliver Patient Centered Care DVD was created as a tool in introducing health coaching techniques to medical assistants, patients, and nurses. Health coaches are an important factor in inspiring patients to learn to care for and maintain their chronic illness in order to live full and healthy lives.
